"Was good, felt a little underwhelmed. Staff were very polite and nice."

Nice staff, lobby / reception area was lovely.

Slightly older style in the rooms. Also felt a little surprised that even though our room was ready when we got there at 1pm there was a charge of £30 for early access. Maybe I have been lucky in the past but if a rooms is ever ready, they have always let me in free of charge. Seems a bit stingy to make you pay that much more when you already pay over £100 for less than 24 hours.

From the first greeting to the room, room service, amenities to our good bye it was first class. A gem!

Not a dislike, more like feedback.. the hot breakfast could be more diversified - more non pork meat options

Śniadanie było pyszne i bardzo miła obsługa

Miałam problem z pokojem, gniazdka nie działały i zostały naprawione dopiero po zwróceniu uwagi po raz 3, żel pod prysznic to była sama woda, bardzo niska łazienka, ciężko wziąć prysznic

"Convenient for Heathrow, but hate paying to park my car outside a hotel I’m paying to stay at."

Close to Heathrow, and particularly close to the car hire drop offs.

Upon checking in we are informed we will have to pay to park a car there. This is always annoying news, particularly at check in.
