Our room was exchanged due to flooding in our original room as it was a wet room. Staff on reception were excellent in dealing with the matter no problems with our second room.

The staff gave a warm welcome and was great with my little boy.

The food and drink was expensive and after dinner my little boy and I had a bit of upset tummy. The bathroom had hairs in the bath! I was upset to find out that the £50 would also take a while to go back on my card after it came out immediately when paying.

The reception area was brilliant and the parking facilities were good

Our first room the air conditioning did not work. They then moved us to a 2nd room where the TV did not work. We were too tired to bother complaining again as it took 1-2 hours to successfully rectify our first complaint
