"Great location for our annual reunion with old university friends."

Lovely country house. Comfortable. Quiet. The outdoor space- plenty of walking opportunities.

With the absence of a lift - and with extensive network of corridors- a porter service would be useful. The lack of refrigerators in the rooms. Limited seating in the bar. Music in both breakfast restaurant and Bar & Grill too loud.

"A lovely country break"

Beautiful quiet country house hotel. Spacious room, very clean. Great staff. Fabulous restaurant and cocktails. We were upgraded to a suite and had chocolates in our room . Small but good spa area.

Bar area could have been cosier. Bar and grill had limited choices for brunch, coffee not great.
