It is a nice quality hotel with amazing food. The rooms are nice and the hotel is up to date with the designs. The shower is really nice and relaxing. This will be my go to spot when staying in Columbus.

The room was clean and roomy.

They couldn't find my reservation, even when I gave them confirmation number and my payment information. It took a half an hour to finally figure out They used my first name as my last name.

Hotel had a car show group booked all weekend. Allowed them to block off parking areas for their show and other lots for trucks and trailers. They even allowed them to stop people coming in the main entrance and tell them parking lots were closed. Felt we could not go out or we wouldn’t get a place to park again. Had to have our daughter pick us up for dinner. Spent a lot of money to be treated like intruders for 2 days. No free breakfast.
