Great place to stay

The front desk was not the friendliest when check in. For the high price of the hotel, I would have liked my fridge to have worked and not spoil the $80 of food I bought for the weekend. Then ice was not working everywhere.

The lobby and pool were beautiful! i especially liked the lemon lime infused iced water and coffee in the lobby! Someone came up to fix my TV when it didn't work. it was such a relaxing few days

Nice hotel, great location. My only complaint is that there was no hot water for tea in the lobby. Coffee and water was available but no hot water or tea bags.

Marriott Columbus NW is convenient with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The property is clean and quiet. The gal who checked us in was very pleasant and efficient. We were visiting the zoo, just minutes away.

Stayed for 5 days during July 2025 for a business trip. The hotel is pretty big and has lots of amenities including a 24-hour gym. Rooms are huge, a bit outdated but really comfortable. The staff is definitely the best thing about this hotel, everyone was very nice and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay. They were kind enough to look after my luggage after I had checked out and left, as I didn’t have the option to store it at my office. Special shoutout to Xander, Marla, Britanny, Yadira and everyone at the front desk, always smiling and happy to help!
