"It’s okay, but overpriced "

The hotel was okay overall but I had issues in my particular suite. Onsite staff were helpful, but it took a while to connect with who could refund me for my experience. I was there as part of a bridal party, others who had a room there did not have issues. The breakfast at the restaurant on site was good.

"Very unhappy and disappointed customer "

When checking in, they did not have my reservation there. I had all of the information, my booking confirmation email as well as my itinerary number and yet I was lucky they did have 1 room avaliable. I paid for the room using the same credit card that i have on file for my hotels .com account. Thus i used that card to pay for my room and apparently hotels. Com charged me also. Now i am being told it was non refundable. I understand that policy but if they could find the reservation made using Hotels. Com why am i being charged?? This is unacceptable. I want my account credited back the amount i was charged please. Question from a company point of view why do business with a company like Marriott Columbus North East, if there not taking care of your customers. And better yet are you Hotels. Com going to do the right thing and take care of your customer (that has used your company to book trips multiple times this past year and even after this inconvenience, last weekend i used your company again to book a hotel) Do the right thing. Please take care of your customers.
