"A Convention A Hotel A Couple *****ALL. GOOD****"

WeI attended the Ohio State Grange Convention and enjoyed the convention atmosphere as well as the Marriott Hotel experience. As soon as we entered we were Welcomed and as we moved our luggage and convention material in we were offered help more than once. The staff make you feel Welcome and as a returning Grange member it is enjoyable to see the seasoned Marriott team members who seem to truly enjoy their positions. "Terrible experience."

Terrible, the room was missing the coffee pot. Mold in the bathroom. House keeping did not clean the room even though privacy was not requested. When I spoke to front desk I was told It was a business trip so no refund could be done.

Yadira was so awesome, she answered all questions I had when I called a couple times before we got there. She was helpful and kind. I will come back. Her energy was comforting. Love her.
