Hollins Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf

The property is in a good location on a hill. Really piece and quite. Has a good spa, pool and gym. Heated aswell so that is great. Rooms are spacious. Staff is very friendly

The room is serviced after 2 days. Which is odd, it should be refreshed everyday. That is the whole point of a getaway. 1st thing is we don't wanna make our own rooms. The breakfast is served hot but the hash browns are overcooked and hard. Also, unfortunately the scrambled eggs have a very strong smell to them. Almost lost my appetite the 1st morning. So definitely room for improvement there.

Always enjoy our family stays here. Kids love the pool and the grounds are lovely in the summertime.

The hotel is set in beautiful surroundings and a great location to explore. The leisure facilities were fantastic and the swimming pool, sauna and steam room were enjoyed by us all. Great value for money.

We had a meal as a family in the Grill on the Hill and had quite an unpleasant experience with a member of staff who we later found out was the duty manager named Chris. His manner and customer service was shocking and he made us all feel quite upset with how he spoke to us. It was not what we expected from someone holding a managerial position and we went to speak to the lovely lady at reception about him. Very unprofessional and not what you expect, surely as a duty manager you should be always trying to help the customer.

Geen frigo op de kamer, geen dagelijkse opkuis van de kamer , heel veel lawaai van dicht slaande deuren, oncomfortabele matras , elke dag hetzelfde ontbijt, receptie personeel niet vriendelijk, kijken niet op als je passeert… ga maar door …
