Decent spa facilities for the price. Scenery. Massage and facial.

Sauna could have done with a more fresher. Booking a massage should have been a more smoother experience, no one would pick up when called and I had to wait a few days to hear if there was space via email. Which I understand but when I’ve picked a get away specifically for those facilities and not knowing whether I can get in 1 day before reservation is a bit annoying. The room felt like a pet had been in there, smelt like a dog. I believe if the hotel is pet friendly to have pets in a complete different area. As I have allergies and felt the presence of a pet who had previously been in the room
