Very robotic reception, no personality. Got to room....no aircon. Went to reception and they said only fan in that room for £189 per night!! Even budget hotels have room aircon. ( please note it doesn't mention aircon at all on booking. Com even tho some rooms have it and others don't) This needs addressing!! Asked for another room with aircon and it cost me £30 more. Shocking. Overall room cleanliness not brilliant with scuffs on walls. Holes in duvet cover....bed very uncomfortable. Dirty glassware at bar. Staff at reception on leaving didn't even ask how our stay was!!!! Very poor. £219 I paid and I feel robbed. Breakfast was good to be fair.
