A beautiful property with lovely grounds. The breakfast was delicious. Rooms spacious and grand.

The staff could be a bit more helpful / trained / welcoming. Didn’t feel befitting of a place where you’re spending that much money.

The room that we were changed to! When we arrived at the room we were allocated we felt that it was not to the standard we expected, certainly not for the money we had paid. We asked straightaway for a different room to reflect the price and they changed us to a much better room without hesitation. Which we very much appreciated. Thank you. Great breakfast too.
