Staff cleanliness of property. Great breakfast

Our dog was treated to a bed and treats on the arrival, that was really nice touch .

Rooms were a good size and very comfortable

Cost of breakfast was expensive

The beds and the pillows were uncomfortable. The bed kept moving away from the wall . I found the staff rude especially around the bar. The swimming pool was not open because they did not have enough staff . And the pool was the reason why I booked the hotel, for my grandchildren. I was shouted at by one of the staff about smoking in the garden when I don't even smoke. Told I would receive a refund which was not received. Very disappointed with everything. Would not recommend whatsoever.

The ease of parking, the wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean. Breakfast was good.

The room was dated, shower was rubbish, the showers in the pool changing rooms had more power. The pool and changing rooms were disappointing. You can see how they would have been lovely once but now desperately need updating.
