Staff was extremely friendly and helpful

They should really invest more money into soundproofing the rooms. On a 4 star hotel you expect relaxation and that was not our case.

The food at the restaurant was lovely

I was double charged at check-in, told the refund would be imminent, I am still waiting so massively out of pocket. Staff were not helpful apart from becky. The other staff didnt really seem to care about their mistake. No daily room service top up unless requested. I requested and it still didnt happen. No customer service at all.

Value, cleanliness, facilities and friendliness of the staff.

Good location lots of parking large family room

Quite hard to understand the heating/air con in the room.

Rooms was a bit dusty and had lots of spider webs as did the breakfast area

Room smelt mouldy and old but it was a good location and breakfast was decent. Room pretty noisy too. Used the pool which was ok but very tired.

Room could have been fresher. Pool area needs an update. Room was noisy from other guests. WiFi was very slow. Check in and out was easy enough.
