Such welcoming staff and lovely calming atmosphere. The food was lovely and I would 100% recommend staying here. We received a parking ticket but we called up and they immediately rectified the issue for us.

"Hotel has gone downhill, my sixth stay and its now worse then ever, finding new hotel next time."

Nothing, clearly saving money and scrimping on things.

I stay at this Hotel regularly, and as times has gone by, more costs seem to have crept in, Car Parking now £7 and also a £50 deposit taken when booking in, Why??? Parking was always free . Breakfasts have also gone downhill , not as much choice / variety and when you ask , they say sorry we don't do that anymore, what they should say is sorry, we are cutting costs and don't care about you the customer, really disappointed with how its gone downhill over the last year.
