"Disappointed with the stay"

The lawn was well maintained.

The room was dusty, smelly, minimal ventialtion during summer time. Breakfast hour was madness, short staffed, food shortage, mugs/glasses were not there etc. We had to wait for more than 10 to 15mins. There is no.lift to 6th floor and stairs are broken, smelly etc.

Pie and mash was lovely and so was the lamb.

Some of the staff just disappeared so you had to go looking for one to help. Had a power cut, but no contingency plan seemed to be in place. Vague about when it was going to be resolved. Managed to get a bag of crisps and a bottle of water. More comfy seats would be good!
