Room but needs updates

No places to eat except one. Hall frm room to casino always closed n daytime

The staff is great. They are making the most out of a bad situation. The physical plant is screaming for renovation especially the lobby area. It has a breakfast area but there is no breakfast and that is the feeling throughout, it is a shell of a once nice place. Rooms are not made up daily but with one soap and 2 towels we had to hunt down the maid for supplies. The actual room is at least average, sort of. We had to request a coffee pot since it was missing. Stay somewhere nicer.

Not clean..room furniture from 1970..just horrible

No breakfast, not in restaurant or hotel

Dirty carpet, small bathroom, no bath mat,had to ask for towels for second night. Great hotel for construction workers, not family.

It was next to the casino.

The staff were very rude. At checkout time my boyfriend took our bags down to the car & I overslept. They would not let him back in or open the door for him but they let this random black guy come up to our floor and opened our room for him. My boyfriend had a feeling they were racist so he asked a black guy walking by if he could get them to let him go up and get me and they let the colored guy up no questions asked…and opened our room up for him to wake me up.
