"I feel like they should have comped our room."

I would have like the convenience if the door between the casino and the hotel was not locked when I was ready to go to my room. I was told I would have to go outside the front door and go around to get to the hotel. It was late and I was by myself. That was the main reason for us staying in the hotel that was connected to the casino as my husband goes to the room early. I was very upset and disappointed. Also the sheets on the beds were beaded up and very uncomfortable.

The fact that they locked the access to the hotel from the casino

"The room was OK"

We figured, Bally's. We figured, it has to be good. It wasn't. As a casino, it sucked. The gambling floor was small and the games were not that great. The hotel room was cleanish and ok. There was supposed to be an indoor walkway to the casino but it was only open on the weekend. Didn't help much when it came a downpour! The casino next door was much better. It also had a hotel. We will never stay at Bally's in Vicksburg MS again.
