the bed was comfortable

staff was uninvolved. put me a room that was 17 rooms down a hallway that my luggage did not roll easily and I walk with a cane. the room was hot with no way to adjust

I was told I didn’t have a room when I clearly had a confirmation number

This hotel is awful. The room and hallway smell. Everything just looks dirty. When you check in, staff is sitting in chairs, I have never been to hotel where the person checking you in is sitting. Took a long time to check us in. I am really disappointed in Ballys for having this hotel associated with this location. I wish I had checked TripAdvisor before I made my reservation.

We liked the river but we weren't allowed to go out and look at it.

It was dirty especially behind the beds very dated look like we were in the old 80s the cabinet where the refrigerator was was totally molded on the bottom and then they had to check the room before giving it to us for 150.00 we thought it would be nice..the bed in our room would flip if you layed on it told the front desk but they didn't do nothing about it . Employees are very rude and act like they hate their job no help.

I did not dare eat at the facility. We thought we may get sick. The hallways stunk and the rooms were hard to get to because it had no elevator.

Remodel !!

The hotel is old. The computer system went down during check in making the process take over 20 minutes but the staff was super friendly and handled it well.

The facilities were run down. The property is loud late at night with guests returning from the casino in the wee hours of the morning. There was an argument in the parking lot after midnight. Having stayed at Bally's LV, i expected more of the property but it is what it is and it served its purpose for the night.
