Pool wasn’t operational nor the hot tub as of recent stayed here in mid December and was told it would be opened in a month which should’ve been end of February at the latest rooms were not the cleanest

'Friendly, helpful. It was clean and met our needs. Dinning was limited, pool was unavailable, was unable to get a receipt.

Amenities were closed and we were not notified upon check in....this is a major attraction since we travel with a grandson.

Simple over night for a conference. A little chatter in the hallway late at night, but not bad.

Flight cancellation. Need room ASAP as 100 people were looking for rooms.

Hot tub was still closed as it was two months ago. They say temporarily closed but they definitely have no intention of fixing it and still advertise that they have it without including it being closed

Generally in good shape, property is tired, in the bedroom the towels and bedding were top notch.

First of all, my husband and I stayed here from Feb. 2nd-Feb.4th (2024). CONS Upon arrival, we noticed that the shuttle van was all the way up by the entrance, basically blocking the drop area. The shuttle van needs to be placed on the side so people who are checking in can have a decent place to temporarily park until they are able to check-in and go to their room. Also, the outside of the hotel is dirty and rundown a bit and needs to be cleaned up and maintained better. I think it's bizarre that you have to call a number or buzz when you arrive rather then having someone who is watching the front desk. Also, we were placed on the second floor, and I hate that there are only stairs to get to the second level and you have to drag all of your stuff upstairs. The stairs are also VERY raggedy and worn out. There are dips when you walk up the stairs. The hotel smells really musty, and plug-ins are in everywhere and gives you a headache from the chemicals. The hotel room we were in which was a suite, had a balcony, but you couldn't even enjoy it because the pool was shut down! That's another thing, there is no warning to say that the pool and hot tub were out of service. The pool had stuff on the bottom floor and the hot tub was completely empty! This area needs fixed and remodeled...VERY WORN OUT and date!! If you are taking away amenities, then there should be a discount. The curtains in the room needs to be replaced, and those GOD AWFUL fake flowers need to go too!! The rooms very much need updating! The tv is very old and needs to be replaced too, and not to mention, it's VERY SMALL!! Also, there is mold on the ceiling and wall, and that needs to be addressed! PROS Loved the bed!! Very spacious and comfy!! The hot tub in the room was amazing, but I think the timer needs to be closer to the hottub so you don't have to get out everytime just to extend the time, that part of it was very annoying. Loved the fact that there is a heat lamp/light in the bathroom, and was nice when you get out of the shower and you don't freeze. VERY happy to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room, and the fridge is a very nice one, and very cool to have a freezer attached to it too!!! Overall, very happy with the stay and will come here again, but I would like to see these changes set in place. The hotel seemed desolate, so not sure if you just changed owners, but these changes would be nice, and would benefit your hotel...Also, I know from experience and being a Choice member and old choice employee that if your hotel has a pool/hot tub, those are HUGE selling points, especially during the Summer! We didn't eat breakfast there, so I can't leave a review for that.

Room was average for the price. Pool had been out of service for months. Wake up call was given 1 hour before requested so lost sleep. Not many people there but still given a room next to someone loud and next to busy highway. Shuffle service was good
