Possible mold on the wall by air conditioning. Yellow stains on bedding. Dirty bathroom

My room was infested with bedbugs. As a result I checked out after 2 days in what was supposed to be a 6 night reservation. They refused to refund the cost of the remaining 4 nights even though I had checked out. I am appalled at how little they care about the health and welfare of their customers. Expedia was of no help in this situation.

The room smelled like mildew and urine. It was an awful experience. I walked around the room in my shoes for fear of what might be in the carpet. The shower didn't drain well and filled with water almost immediately. The sheets and linens seemed clean enough. Had there been other hotels available at the time I would have left wether or not I got a refund.

I asked for my room to be cleaned and new towels and got neither until i walkwd down to get them. I also ended up getting bitten by bugs at this hotel.

The room has mold smell
