Hot tub and pool were out of order. Handicap room wasn’t ready. Had to settle for a regular room. Couldn’t control the room temperature. It was very hot. Breakfast was minimal. HDMI on the tv was unplugged. Very unhappy with the room. Left to stay somewhere else for 2 more nights. Couldn’t get any of our money back. Unhappy with Expedia now too.

Simple, clean, easy parking. Price was right!

Dirty, gross. Bathroom floor was oddly both sticky and slimy depending on where you stepped. Carpet was sticky and gross. Refrigerator was filthy. Shampoo and lotion bottles were so dirty I was afraid to use them. In room coffee packets were already opened. Ice container was growing. Staff was nice but unprofessional and even creepy. 2 hours before checkout time they parked a cleaning cart outside our door and started making a bunch of noise and woke us up. When I opened the door to see what was going on the guy was standing right at our door and wanted to “clean” our room right then. I told him we weren’t ready to leave yet and closed the door. But he stayed outside the door waiting - I could see his feet pacing back and forth in front of the door - it was super creepy. I would have been really scared if I had been alone. Bed was comfortable, amazingly. Too bad they didn’t let us sleep.

This was in a bad area side door didnt lock anyone could walk in. Worker suggested to park on side not end didn't say why. Slept with one eye open.

I had a three night stay and the only time anyone came by to clean the room was the morning when I was getting ready to leave. The heater made a crackling noise all night long when it ran and woke me up every time, the little shampoo and soap containers in the room were previously used. There was a layer of dust covering everything meaning I couldn’t even use the ice bucket to get ice as it was dirty. The mattress was lumpy, the ironing board needed a new cover. The only thing that was pleasant was the morning breakfast. And there was plenty of coffee in the lobby.

Rear door proped open/unsecure. Burning cigarettes on ground outside of door. Hot tub out of order even though I called to check on that 2 days prior. Pool area cold and dirty. Restroom in pool area out of order. Heater in room did not work. Heat light in bathroom did not work. Whole property not very clean. Would not recommend.

we stayed here to catch an early flight from CWA airport so we didn't use any services offered, price was good, service desk guy very good, room is showing wear but ok for us.

Close to airport,but too noisy at night time.

We arrived the property was next to a horribly smelling paper plant, it seemed sketchy and unsafe, we refused to check in because of this and had to get a hotel 2x the amount. Management refused refund even though the we felt unsafe to the point we didnt check in.
