Usually I don’t have much to say about things. This hotel was horrible! Smelled like marijuana. It was not clean. The pool and hot tub was not filled(which was why we chose this hotel). The front desk person was never there. Overall not a great experience.

Was apparently being partially renovated however everything was extremely dirty, no tp in the bathroom, missing screens on the windows, weird smell etc. We checked in and felt super unsanitary and unsafe for myself and my two daughters to stay there so we went back and checked back out asked if we could get a partial refund at least as we were supposed to stay two nights and given the circumstances of us not feeling safe thought between the hotel and expedia they would be somewhat be understanding but nope they were both fine with taking my full amount of moneyfor the stay with no refund even though we were at the property for 10 mins. Would never recommend staying here or booking with expedia.

Arrived hotel was in total disaray. Desk person told me they were going through remodel. Old carpet laying around outside. Lobby dirty. When i arrived in room there was an empty beer can by chair. Shower curtain was old and molfy looking. Faucet was barely hanging on in bathroom. Bed was comfortable and sheets appeared to be laundered. I requested a wakeup call, but never received it. I was going to leave my car there for 10 days as it was only $5.00 a day. I was awakenef by loud techno music at 12:15am just blasting, so i called the front desk and he took care of that, but room above me made so much noise all night long so i barely slept before my early morni ng flight! I have stayed here before, and it was never this bad. I am a solo traveler so i expressed myconcerns to older gentleman in the morning when i checked out. He recommended that i file a complaint. I told him i have never felt afraid to stay in a hotel.

Not clean under construction room should not have been rented. Fighting to get a refund on 2nd night! Will never stay here again!

Shower didn’t work ac was broken notified the staff and they didn’t do any won’t stay at a quality again

We've stayed here many times, inexpensive and close to the airport. We live 90 minutes away so it works great for early flights and late arrivals. This was the last time we'll ever stay. The room was fine. The continental breakfast was bad, really bad. Eggs were cold, not just not warm, actually cold. Bagels were solid, not frozen, just solidly stale. The hotel smelled bad as we entered, the stair landing had old mattresses and bed frames lining the walls. When checking out in the morning I realized I was charged double. The girl at the front desk was the same person that checked us in, she seemed to have no idea how to use the computer, my bill has my name on the heading, someone else's address and someone else's name is later on the invoice. She was unable to fix the mistake and asked me to call back later after her brother got in. Talked to him after 11am, said he'll fix it, 9 hours later, still waiting. Hate losing this place, it was real handy.

This place was not good. Old but also very dirty. Old locks on doors and weird white powder on the floor everywhere.

Bed frame stuck out , hit my shin causing bleeding and bruise, shower barely worked, microwave barely worked
