Royalton Inn & Suites

Arrived in room and it was very very dirty. Head boards full of dust, Tv full of dust, cobwebs , paint peeling off walls, and a very dirty phone, just to mention some. Informed front desk of situation. No other room available on parking side. Left the Hotel and arrived back at room late. No attempt at all to at least dust the room. Been here numerous times this year. Will not be back. I'll go to Bucyrus, Ohio instead.

Friendly & helpful staff

We were satisfied with our two day stay. The motel was, I would consider a fair condition and it was better than other motels in the the city. If we were to return to Upper Sandusky we would probably choose the same Royalston suite where we stayed before.

Very nice staff. Disappointing that they only offer coffee or tea that you make in your room with your typical yucky coffee maker that they supply. If it wasn't for that I would give them 5 Stars. For my needs, forget the pool and use those $$ to offer breakfast and fresh coffee.

Staff is wonderful. Very nice. I am disappointed with no breakfast offered. Was going to make coffee in room but decided not due to the uncleanliness.

I love that it’s locally owned and operated. Please clean the floors. There are too many dead and crumbling insects in the vending/exit area. Definitely need footwear in the room as the floor wasn’t vacuumed. Please address the outdoor sign as well. It promotes amenities no longer available. We wholeheartedly want to support you.

This was disgusting. Outdated and empty Soap was a joke. Coffee pot gross. Bed broken. Furniture gross.

It had a pool, but we didn't use it. Location was convenient to funeral. Older motel, needs alot of attention in rooms. Cracked sink, rug needs to be replaced and side chair needs replacing. Too tired to care. Just was careful.

The towels were hard and scratchy, way over starched. Our shower filled up with water in the tub and our tv only had 1 channel. Other than those things, the kady running the place was very nice and accomidating. The property was well kept and clean.

The owner was so helpful and kind, we will definitely be staying there again!
