Baymont by Wyndham Washington Court House

Very clean, friendly great breakfast options. I think it’s under new ownership, it shows!!

Employees were very friendly. Breakfast was good and warm. Breakfast is always an added bonus. Bed was comfy. No loud noises during the night.

Rooms were a little dark. The one lamp by the bed did not work. I plugged my phone it to the jack and it didn't charge. Upon further investigation, the lamp did not work. It's not a huge deal, just a little annoying

Location was convenient

We don’t get to stay, and because hooked through booking it takes the management of hotel to approve refunds and they will not respond and honor full refund. Paid just an hour before online, arrived and it was nasty for a Wyndham hotel.

Normally Wyndham Hotels are the greatest.

It was infested with bed bugs, extremely dirty, blood and dirt on sheets, a good eighth of an inch of dust layered on the vent, (air conditioner) the staff would not assist in reimbursing because we paid online, and all hotels in area were completely booked. Had to sleep in our car.

Front desk was pleasant but…room smelled awful. So much dust on lampshades and in AC unit. Worst part was the bathroom. There was a five inch hole in the ceiling where the heat lamp was supposed be! There was peeling paint on the ceiling which was about to fall down! Stopped on my way home with my daughter to break up a long trip. Should’ve kept driving! For $170.00 I expected better!!

Not clean. The first room they assigned to us had water on the floor and smelled bad. They gave us a different room on the second floor with no elevator. We only needed to sleep one night so it wasn’t a big deal but I would not recommend.

We stayed here, like most do, just due to location. We were shocked by the excessive perfume sprayed on the carpets to mask dirty/ moldy/ damp odors. Room was very stinky. So much so we thought someone had smoked in a non smoking room. Room has a serious lack of...outlets ( only plug in ones at the base of the wall sconces) attention to correctly completing upgrade attempts. Said wall sconces were not attached correctly and move sideways when you plug in. Bathroom floor redo, corner under door wasn't cut correctly and shows wires from sub floor underneath. Said new floor is paint splattered from the wall paint being touched up. Room amenties are very skimpy. Coffee service not replenshed and sugar/ creamer packs were both open, used. The room AC felt like a swamp cooler which intensified the damp odors. Window curtains didnt quite cover edges. Popcorn ceiling has water damage repairs. It did show efforts but executions were awful. Breakfast ran out of OJ with zero to replace. Serving bowl for fruit spotted with grime..

We stoped here for the night on our way back from Sturgis. We had enclosed trailer and had plenty of parking on back side to parking lot which our room we got we could see trailer from window. Hotel was very clean with comfortable bed and pillows. Met our expectations for a one night stop.
