Parking area was ok, room was adequate, but bathroom door was difficult to close.

A very bad experience supposed to have two nights and because it was eleven pm when I got in there and they canceled because they said I wasn’t there after four I will not stay there ever again they even gave our room to another couple and took our stuff out of the room instead of waiting till we got back to room even tho they said I had one night not two so I took my stuff and left and went down the road and stayed at a real nice Microtel in dry ridge ky

The carpet in the room was soaked by a leak from the air conditioning unit. The staff members (desk manager and maintenance manager) were unable or unwilling to correct the situation. Towels were placed over the wet area.

Would not stay here again. Staff not friendly, Breakfast underwelming selection and scarce , room floolr sticky.

Nasty! Bed bugs. Blood. Bug poop and blood everywhere. Damage to multiple things in the room! Management very unprofessional and disrespectful!

Everything! It was absolutely disgusting!!! The management was rude disrespectful and cussed me and my children out when I addressed the bugs/blood etc in the room and was told we must have done it ourselves even though we had only been at the property for 20 minutes… asked for clean bedding and got more bedding with blood and bugs on it!

You get what you pay for! Surrounding area has shopping and restaurants. It's close to hwy 71 but considerably quiet. Staff were helpful and the breakfast spread was great. The gym seems eternally closed. The biggest issues are with the guest suites. They border between filthy and disgusting. Mgmt seem to be piecemealing superficial upgrades like new furniture here and there. These do little to mask structural problems like dead outlets, weak toilets, crumbling ceilings. I demanded my room be switched because of the stench of smoke in my first room but there were numerous biohazardy objects discovered in both. They downgraded my room without compensation but I was just happy to escape the freshner doused smoking room. Tip: thoroughly check your room before you settle in!

We were ready to stop for the night and needed a clean safe place to sleep and take a shower for a reasonable price and that’s what we got.

First room was unmade, had to trudge back to front desk. Secong room the beds were broekn down and my back is sore. Beds were made but just barely. Couldn't get the room cool. Never again
