We had a very pleasant stay last night, which began with Kendrick who checked us in. He was so friendly, efficient and professional...way beyond his years. We needed help with our TV and he was there in a flash to help. This morning he was busy cleaning the pool and came right in to make sure our TV was working. I told him he had such an affinity for this work, that he should consider pursuing the Hospitality Business as his career. Hopefully some wise hotel owner will see his potential and pay for his schooling. He is truly a natural in this position and I hope he goes far! I told him I'll look for him at the Waldorf Astoria!!!

Location was ideal for where we were staying for a travel baseball tournament. Beds were comfortable and front staff was friendly.

No ice machines that worked. Dirty chairs in rooms. A musty smell in the room unless the air was on constantly.
