Close to everything in a safe area. Facilities were clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely hospitable!

Breakfast wasn’t the greatest but worked.

"I was treated like trash ."

The pillows were good .

The heat didnt work ,the windows had no screens they very drafty ,the carpet was gross the staff was very rude and tried to make me leave in a snow emergency ,treat me and my children like we didnt matter ,another staff member propositioned me ,made sexual advances while i was in the pool . The place was so loud and so much yelling and people beating on doors ,running up down the hallway . No vending for any drinks etc. No ice machine . The breakfast was very sketchy egg like they was old and reused . I was very offended by the staff rudely demanding we leave ,in 5 degree weather in a snow emergency . I just needed time to get another ride available. I use to love this hotel ive been going to that hotel since it was built never been treated the way they treated me and my son anywhere let alone a place i trusted .

"10/10 room was clean! very quiet in the suite corner !"

private suite was such a plus! seeing the pool from our room was amazing! would be great for kids and families staying at the hotel! very clean and nice as well!

"Pleasant"

Breakfast was good. Ample selection. Fresh items. Employee inquired as to whether or not everything was okay.

Other guests were noisy in the parking lot. I don't know what the employees could do about that.
