The location was great as well as the staff.

The room appeared clean and well-kept, tidy.

The walls were thin with noisy plumbing that woke my partner and I up throughout the night. The bed had bedbugs in it and we both suffered several bites each. Staff was not accessible for the first 10 minutes within walking into the lobby.

The property was in a good location

I stayed at the Quality Inn in Plainfield (Indianapolis area) and had a really disappointing experience. The so-called manager ( a girl hopefully she’s the manger and she’s not trying to make the real manager be a bad person) was extremely unprofessional and showed a complete lack of respect toward me. It was frustrating trying to get assistance, as there was never anyone at the front desk when I needed help. And because of me ringing the bell twice she start lecturing me in a very unpleasant way. I had to wait multiple times just to speak to someone every time I needed help as she ignored me on purpose. In my room Water in the sink was not heated some light were not working. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially for a hotel that advertises comfort and hospitality. I will not be staying here again and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable or respectful place to stay.
