Rodeway Inn Coopersville

The exterior of the property was well kept and welcoming. The continental breakfast was standard.

Now the room....the carpeting was so wore you could see the backing in many spots. The walls had spots of dirt/grime/food(?) on almost all of them, including the bathroom! The blankets had rips/holes. The chair at the desk looked like a cat had a fight with it, and the chair for comfort was so soiled that we didn't feel comfortable using it. Then, to top it all off, when we woke up, we realized the smoke detector was not installed. There were just wires dangling from the ceiling.

Reasonable price for a decent hotel with a good Continental breakfast

Staff were great. Breakfast was nice. Price was good.

The pool was freezing, the hot tub was overfilled, and it was lukewarm at best. Very disappointing. The fitness "room" was more of a dingy closet with a small amount of equipment in poor condition - and couldn't be opened with a room key.

we had a broken chair in room,one set of the sheets werestained and thesheer curtains were are riped up,

Didn't like how the staff was they harassed every chance they got.

Small town location

Slow drain in sink and bathtub.

We never got our room cleaned. I think they only came thru at 7am to clean rooms. We were out of the room by 10am each day but it was never cleaned.

All good..

I like that there was ice available

Rug looks dirty, run out of Kleenex and toilet paper first night. Breakfast only includes waffles, toast and coffee
