Quality Inn Batesville

Was not told about the $100 cash deposit to check in. Bathroom had hair on toilet and in tub upon arrival. AC unit did not work properly and could not cool room. Floor in room was stained.

When we arrived, room was miserably hot, AC was off. Turned AC on and it did blow cold air for a couple of hours. Around midnight AC stopped working. By 4am the room was miserably hot again. I called front desk asking for help, was told that there was nothing they could do because all rooms were full. Didnt offer anything to help. Window was able to be opened about 3 inches. I had to prop our small fan in open window to try to cool off room. It was still hot and we were sweating all night. We left early at 8am and both rooms next to ours had doors open and were empty. Do not waste your money at this hotel. We were tricked by pictures. Also the desk clerk tried to get me to give him $100 in cash, as a "deposit" after I had already paid up front online. I will be calling the chain owners because I want a refund.

We booked our stay with this quality Inn, based on our previous stays at other quality ends across the country. When we arrived, there was vomit very noticeable. On a bad skirt, a lightbulb was missing from the main light, and the make yourself coffee in the room pot did not work. When we ask for assistance, there was really non-available we were not allowed to move to another room. We would have left this motel, however, Rooms were not available in this town or along the way to Oxford, which was our final destination someone should investigate this place, it is not clean. Unsanitary is a better word to describe it.

The location was good. We always stay at this hotel whenever visiting my dad. We requested a lower level room, but was given an upper level. My fiancé has a bad back and it’s difficult for him to climb stairs. The room’s door had a big gap at the bottom and the a/c made a rattling noise. Other than that it was good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Rooms were musty. Did not stay

Loud music being played in parking lot until 2 am. The ac, fridge and microwave didn’t work on one of the rooms, we had to move rooms ( ac controls were busted in ) and the and fridge stopped working in our second room. Was offered another Room but didn’t want to move rooms. Staff was very friendly but doubt we would stay here again.
