"Ok not great"

Checking in the night auditor checked us in and was as cold as I’ve ever seen. Traveling Mississippi and just commented to my wife how polite and friendly everyone is…..then the auditor was the complete opposite. Room had a crack in the tub, room was semi clean. Have stayed at quality inn several times this one was disappointing

Did not expect the deposit held at check in to be cash only. Super inconvenient to have to leave to get cash and come back just to check in to the room I had already paid for. Would not stay again for this reason only.

First off, I wasn't notified that there was a $100 cash deposit after booking my room so I had to leave, go to ATM, and come back to finish my check in. The room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. The pool was dirty with trash and other things floating in it, the water in the pool smelled like a dirty fish pond, there were no towels in the pool area to dry off with, and the tile around the pool is very slick and unsafe. My child slipped and smacked the back of his head while carefully getting out of the pool, not running around, just using the steps to walk out of the pool. I wouldn't stay at this location again under any circumstances.

Had to have a $100 Cash only deposit at check in, rooms were dirty, lots of stains, fixtures and lamps were rusted, cord going to AC had been shorted out and on fire. Staff not friendly. Pool was disgusting. Would not recommend.

"No frills "

Hotel needs updating, and there were several things that did not work in our room. But the bedding was clean and AC worked well. It served its purpose. Acceptable for a night or two but definitely a no-frills hotel.

"Quality in question "

The Quality is questionable at this location. The carpet is old, bunching up in areas, and smells bad. It was raining and I’m sure that made it worse. The room and bathroom was not clean, hair was found everywhere, an opened Dr.Pepper was in the fridge, fixtures were rusted, Ice machine on 2nd floor was broken, pool was cold and foamy-no towels stocked for it. Clean bedding and decent breakfast and coffee were the highlights of this stay.
