Staff was friendly and helpful

The room had not been clean well, if at all. There was trash left on the floor. Hot water took forever to heat up. There was a metal bar hidden by the comforter at the foot of the bed that stuck out. When you walked by it you hit your ankle on hit. It literally cut my leg. This was also the case in our friends room 10 rooms down.

Pool was broken

This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed! If I could have given negative score I would’ve! The room was absolutely nasty!

The room wasn’t cleaned. The microwave and refrigerator was dirty. The ice container had a bag of water in it. The couch had stains and dog hair all over it. The toilet was dirty. The sheets were the only thing changed.

Average hotel with a huge mowed field in the back to air out dogs. Dining is close by.

It was dirty, the swimming pool was out of order!! The only reason I stayed there for the swimming pool ,I took my grandchildren there so we could swim!! What a bad time. I should have gotten a discount!!!

What I liked was that the staff were friendly and accommodating. It all went downhill after that. The hallway smelled of smoke despite this being a non-smoking environment. The baseboard/trim in the bathroom was badly separated from the wall leaving a bit of a chasm behind the toilet next to the tub. The tub itself had long hairs in it, was all knocked up and discolored, and the shower head was not adjustable; you couldn’t tilt or turn it to better cover you with the spray. I will give it a five for great hot water however! Whomever had the room next to mine decided to stay up and watch tv all night. It wasn’t that the volume was loud, it was a problem of a poorly sealed connecting door between our rooms and the paper thin walls. He probably heard every time I cleared my throat. I certainly heard his attempts. Breakfast was the last straw. No eggs or any other hot food. There was a double waffle iron but no batter, the temperature settings were in Celsius, but there was a conversion chart. There were no instructions as to how long to heat the non-existent batter nor to what temperature to set the dial. I did manage to find the hot water and had to settle for a bowl of plain instant oatmeal to get anything with some warmth beyond the coffee. The one remaining donut was hard as the proverbial rock. I wonder how many weeks it had been there. Thankfully, there’s a McDonalds nearby. I almost forgot, the tv remote batteries dead.

Lady working desk was beyond rude. Cursed at me. Got loud with me. Apparently her 2nd night working also. Ended up leaving a night early and lost out on money because of the disrespect.

I liked that it was close to the wedding venue.

The place had cockroaches. The breakfast was unsanitary and out in the open, nothing was covered. The pool was down. Waited around for the staff for about 15 min to check in. Everything in the room was unplugged.
