Pool was closed for repair, broken gym equipment under stairs, ice machine broken, trash cans in room stained inside. Contintal breakfast was poor presentation. Carpets in hallways dingy. Bed was comfortable

Only booked this hotel for the indoor pool that even tho was full of water and looked perfect and clean pool was closed for repairs. Would have never booked here if that would have been known beforehand. Lady at counter was very unhelpful!

Tub was black water ran black also. No hair dryer. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here.

The room smelled like an ashtray, real bad! The water drained super slow in the sink. The fitted sheet was too small for the mattress. No SUB plug was available. The accent chair was ripped and broken seat support. The staff were super sweet and helpful. The owners need to update and fix these rooms.

Advertised with a pool but told it was closed. The pool was drained and did not look like it was under repair. Breakfast was small muffins and bagels only. Set up for waffles but there was no batter.

I was disappointed the indoor pool was out of order. The desk clerk seem to infer that its normal to be out of order.... shouldn't advertise an amenity and not have it. Having a pool helped decide my decision to book this hotel about a year in advance.

I was close to family. The new girl that checked us in and out was very nice.

The room smelled like dirty feet. No one cleaned the room the 4 days we were there. When we checked in we were told we could use the outside door close to our room to go in and out, which was perfect, since I was traveling with my little dog. The next morning, I took my dog out and when I went to go back inside, someone had locked the door. Most of the time the door was locked and a few times it was unlocked and the key reader was disabled to the outside doors because of one of their previous guests giving a key card to some lunatic, who was walking the halls with a knife, as I was told by one of the staff. Being in the room at the end of the hall, this was very inconvenient. The curtains were broken, so we had to pin them together, to keep people from seeing into our room. The pool was not open. The breakfast was enough to tide you over until you could get to McDonald's, Scooters or Burger King for real food and coffee. On check in day, I left my id at the front desk and didn't realize it. The nice girl put it in an envelope with my name and room number on it, but no one bothered to let me know until we were checking out and she gave it to my child,. When I go back to visit family again, I will stay in Marysville or Bellefontaine and drive the extra 30 minutes to see family.

While checking in it took an extremely long time to check in. The room was dark, we bought a bulb for a lamp and the lamp had a short. The bath tub was to smooth and needed something for standing safely then getting out of the tub there was no grab bar for assistance. I didn't like the handicapped room that I asked for last year with no place to put the morning items needed for dressing and I didn't request it do to that last year. The breakfast was slim. Seems no one thinks about those who cannot have sugar. There are a lot of diabetics today and a noncoated cereal would be welcome. The hotel was comfortable for sleeping it was quiet. Thank you.
