"Swim good, breakfast not so much."

The desk person let us into the pool so we could swim ten minutes early. We really appreciated that.

There were no sugar free options for breakfast. There were two diabetics in our party. Equal or Splenda and a sugar free creamer would have been nice for the coffee.

"Could Be Better"

The staff is very friendly. Room was clean.

Air freshener was so strong that it burns your nose. Even the filtered water tasted like it. Breakfast seating is very limited. No cushioned chair in the room. You had to be right next to the television for the remote to work. It's 2026 and no one should have to pay for WiFi access or be strong-armed into joining the rewards program to get access. That's insulting

The location of the hotel was great, close to everything, restaurants, shopping, recreation. The room was clean. The pool and hot tub were functioning. Pleasant staff, easy check in and out.

Definitely could some updating, building was very old looking, things were in working order but the sinks and tubs were very cracked and drains were slow draining. Breakfast hours could have lasted a little longer, didn't make it til closer to 8:30 and there was nothing worth eating. I really wish they had an elevator. I was by myself and had to take all my things up a large flight of stairs and no one offered to help me at the front desk.

Very impressed with the jacuzzi room. Loved everything about it will definitely be returning!

The pool was closed because they had to replace a part so hopefully that will be fixed soon. Only negative about the room is they did not clean the jaccuzzi tub. There was hair in the tub and dirt when we ran it the first time with soap. I called down and they came and sprayed it and wiped it down, but they really need to do a more thorough cleaning. Ran it 2 times with soap and it was clean then used it

Bedroom was loud when you moved(sounded like a thunderstorm) found cockroaches in room and went to office about it they laughed and said call booking.com

Room was spacious and clean

The pool was not available as in the picture, held a deposit that I wasn't expecting, and didn't have a reasonable breakfast.
