Easy. Convenient.

Top floor hallway was filled with the smell of weed being smoked. Clean enough but not ideal.

Friendly staff, was willing to help. It has lower rates. The breakfast was good. Quiet at night. Soft pillows, comfortable beds. Towels were available at the pool to use.

The facility needs work. There’s tub didn’t drain well. I saw 2 nymph roaches in our room. The pool was ice cold and not super clean. The lighting in the pool area wasn’t very good. The TV wasn’t very good bad picture on tv and the service cut in and out quite a bit. There was a terrible smell at entrance A. I believe they were have septic issues or the washer and dryer that is available for guests to pay to use needs cleaned.

Room was nice and the employee at the desk was fantastic

Plumbing issues, clogged toilets in the pool room and 2 of the rooms we stayed in...pool heater was broken so the water was very cold but it didn't stop the kids from jumping in but us adults sat on the sidelines

I really enjoyed my stay. Will do it again someday in the future

The location was descent.

Well, upon booking the hotel we were shown pictures of an awesome swimming pool. The pool was the entire reason we decided to stay overnight and just didn’t make the drive round trip in 1 day. Upon check in it was never mentioned that the pool was not operational. Only after we attempted to go swimming and mentioned how ice cold and unsafe the water temperature was to the staff member achris, were we informed that the pool heater was broken and the pool was not usable. Then an hour later after numerous complaints by other guest they put up a hand written rinky dink sign. Upon asking to cancel the reservation we were told that wasn’t a possibility and that the owners only cared about the room and everything else isn’t guaranteed, which is kinda crazy because hotels shouldn’t charge $180/night to sleep in an old hotel room that smells like moldy cigarettes and curry. The staff told us not to waste our time with the owners and contact booking.com for any type of discount as the pool fiasco really ruined the trip.

The hotel has had some renovations done to the rooms. The bed was comfortable and very clean. Bathroom was small and the sink was old. The room was none smoking but the room smelt like smoke when we walked in. Once the air conditioner was one the smell did go away. Breakfast had a nice variety, scrambled eggs, sausage, Belgian waffles, bagels, yogurt, juice & coffee

Run down, large sections of ceiling were peeling off in shower because no fan to lessen moisture, moldy caulk, dirty corners, hard pillows
