I liked that they had a little breakfast thing at the hotel. The room was clean

Outdated

We loved the location. Staff were very nice and accommodating. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with the grand babies! Would definitely stay there again.

The room was very nice, breakfast was good, easy access and the bed, I slept like a rock

The bathroom in our room was a bit claustrophobic. The shower curtain was hung crooked and you couldn't keep the water from going out into the floor.

The first room the AC and fridge did not work, when people smoked outside the smell floated into the room. I lost food in the fridge. The staff moved me to a different room, no problem. The next room was much better but the fridge still did not work, lost about $50 worth of food, when I confronted the staff they showed me there was a light switch by the door that needed to be in the on position for the refrigerator to work. There are no signs telling you this. I have asked for the manager to speak with for the last 4 days, the staff suggested I leave a negative review.

The hotel is very outdated and run down. The rooms aren’t too bad but you can tell they definitely need to be renovated.
