Musty smell

I reserved 2 king rooms. Both rooms were supposed to be the same. Unfortunately, my friends room was small and had a bad musty smell. My room was great & had a desk in a private little alcove at the back of the room, a couch, a chair & plenty of space. My friends room had no couch & no private desk alcove along with the bad smell. Not sure what happened, but we weren't happy with the bad room.

Hotel was good for what we wanted and that was just a place to sleep and shower. Good location

We were given a room connected to someone else's and could hear entire conversations that were being spoken in a normal volume. Walls were extremely thin. Front desk was very nice and moved us to the end of the hall. Room was clean but dated. The bathroom was quite small and would not be adequate for a larger person. There was an issue with billing. Our credit card was charged twice for the room. When I called they said they would take off one of the charges. A few days later it was still on there. Called again and was told it would take up to fourteen days for the charge to be cleared. Doubt we will stay here again.

Friendly and helpful staff - good breakfast to start the day with - tea and coffee on tap all day - pool was good- room was clean , comfortable - overall an enjoyable stay

Was very unhappy with interaction with front desk staff- Was made to feel like my concerns fell on deaf ears. Total lack of security as outside doors to the hotel do not lock, smoke detector in both of our rooms were taped off and not functioning (Rooms were on different floors) Hot tub did not work plus was very dirty breakfast room was way too small (maybe 4 to 6 Tables) - Went down to use pool 5 minutes before pool opened - waited by front desk and we told by house keeping we could go in pool room however had to wait 5 minutes to use pool - Not a problem - however manager came into pool area yelling that we couldn't be in there however the other 2 families that were eating breakfast could stay as there was no other room for them to eat. I will never forget the way I was talked to and will make sure for the next 4 years when I visit my child for the weekend we do not stay at this hotel

Multiple stays and never disappointed. Nice pool area for the kids. Great staff who are eager to please from check in until checkout.

Average outdated hotel, with bug spray smell

We are down to earth, realistic People who camp on occasion. However, to pay even a camp site rate to stay at this sQuality inn would be price gouging. Besides the overwhelming stale smoke smell and rude/filthy bathroom in the second room we moved to, my young son almost had a drunk in hall get sick on him. Family w/ young kids are sadly disappointed.
