Location

Tv was broke ,room service phone was broke , hole in the wall next to my bed . No one brought new towels or serviced the room the second day . I asked for a price adjustment since I couldn’t watch the football games. Kid said he would leave a note for the manager lol.

It was clean.

The toilet was way too short and the tub too tall. Please upgrade the toilets to a taller model Also there should be more than bread to toast for breakfast. Maybe an English muffin or bagel.

the location.

My card for my room kept not working, had to keep going to get new ones. they only allowed me to have 4 people in the pool at the time even though i booked a suite for 6 people. the breakfast was limited which i did not know that upon booking.
