"Smelly room with uncomfortable beds with poor breakfast options."

Not much. The location is the best thing about this hotel.

The depressing half lit smally carpeted hallways. The abysmal breakfast offering with no waffle machine or hot food other than toast and cereal and horrible oil spread. The A/C stank of cats urine. The room had no curtains. The hallways were reeking of floor cleaning chemicals. The bed was super uncomfy. I could go on but im sure thats enough.

Cheap compared to the hotels around.

Smelt like cigarettes in hallways, smells like animal pee in room, flickering lights, holes in wall, poor breakfast selection, hairs in my hotel sink

Great location and friendly staff

Just a little smell in the floor, may be Clorox or stinky mop, just that, and breakfast closed was very early :(. Everything else was very nice for the price.
