The waffles were terrific. The room was very good. The people were awesome.

Location was great. The stairs were very dirty !

Not accessible for my needs, understaffed, things did not work, poor overall

Check-in was convienent and quick. Nice young man. Room was gross. Sticky floors. Bad smell in hallway. Front desk at the end of the evening extremely creepy walking back a single female to the room after going to the front desk to ask for a new remote. Had I been there alone in the room I would have been concerned. Definitely not worth $190 dollars plus $25 dollar pet fee.

I think they need to get rid of the dirty carpet in the rooms. Also the torn curtains. Everything else was good. Great check-in and check out.

Reasonable price for short stay.

Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Front desk individuals were very nice. Check in always a breeze.

And while we were laying on the bed, he came to lay down next to me and his head hit the back head board behind the pillow and there is a hard wooden corner directly behind the pillow area and he cracked his head in this quite hard. (See photo.) had I been given the extra pillow this might have been avoidable. Next, the pool area. Which u need a keycard to enter and that would be fine if when u wanted to leave u didn’t spend 5-10 minutes playing with this red button u have hold for so many seconds til the light on the other side of the door goes off in which the door then unlocks. I personally watched 4 other customers struggle with like I did. The front desk person acted as if my concern was irrelevant and I was bothering them...
