Location was ok being near the hospital.

Very FOUL ODOR in the room. Light fixtures had burned out bulbs. Outlet between the beds (under lamp) was broken. Following my shower, I wiped up water from floor with a bath towel. The towel was black from a dirty floor. I will probably not stay there again in the future.
