Nothing really bad

The location was good for what we needed. If the desk had of been honest we would have not rented there. We had a family home in the neighborhood we were visiting and rented the room because the kids wanted to swim on our vacation.

I’m very disappointed with our stay. Before booking, we specifically confirmed that the hotel had an indoor pool and that it was open. We asked again at check-in and again after checking in, and at no point were we told the pool was closed. It wasn’t until we actually went to the pool area — where the door was open and the lights were on — that a front desk employee came in and told us the pool had been closed for weeks. The pool was the main reason we booked this hotel for our kids, so this was extremely frustrating. Despite being clearly misinformed multiple times, we were told no refund could be given because we had already been in the rooms. We had booked two rooms, but ended up staying in only one and did not use the other at all. We also requested adjoining rooms for our children, but were instead given rooms across the hall from each other, which was inconvenient (two adults and six kids under the age of 8) and not what we asked for. To add to the discomfort, the hallways were hot and had a musty smell. Overall, the lack of communication, inaccurate information, and unwillingness to make things right made this a very disappointing experience. I would not have booked this hotel had we been told the truth upfront.

The didnt rush me when I took a few hours waiting on my reservation. The where super nice.

Extra $30 per night for my little dog is told me before Free breakfast is ok but I could not get sausage..
