"Overall, my stay was pleasant, though several issues still need attention!"

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rates were decent Room was clean for the most part Beds were comfortable

I did find two roaches in the room, but they were dead, so I assume the property is treated. Since the hotel was under renovation, I’m hopeful this won’t be a recurring problem. The hot tub being out of service was disappointing, and the water being shut off for hours with no advance notice was very unprofessional. I wasn’t informed until I contacted the front desk myself, and no compensation was offered for the inconvenience. Breakfast was fine, but running out of breakfast sausage was another letdown.
