Quality Inn Marshall near I-69

Very clean

Pool and Hot tub were nice, unfortunately there were three cockroaches in our room. They came out in the morning when we were leaving! One in the shower and two running across the floor. Luckily we were leaving. When we told the front desk they didn’t seem to care that much.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and it was great both times. My only issue was when I booked I ask for a handicap room and this room was not a handicap room. There was no way I could get in or out of the bathtub. The rest of the room was great though plenty of room for my wheelchair. The pillows were fantastic. Definitely recommend this hotel

Honestly the pool area

The room was wet!! Not comfortable at all but wet!! Strange wet not water but damp carpets and very moist room my book even turned at the corners damp. The beds were extremely small and very very uncomfortable I honestly think they were old school box springs. Don’t stay here I booked a week and couldn’t cancel worst 878 dollars I’ve spent this trip! We stayed in town another four days but went to another hotel finally got a good nights rest!

Upgraded us free of charge to a king suite. Comforter was stained and ripped. Towels were stained. One of the lamps was missing a light bulb. Hallway walls were cracked and carpet had massive stains.

Dirty

the room was clean and provided what we needed except for the noise in the room above us, they were noisy even after 11pm

Couldn’t get Wi-Fi. Their answer was to call corporate. The room was dirty, stained bed, spread torn window shares big tear on the window screen floor stained and slightly damp room was humid. Requested a handicap room. I said they didn’t have any after I was told, I got one. Not a very good stay at all.

The only thing I did not appreciate is that the hallways smelled like marijuana and very small bathrooms and no extra toilet paper was left . So when we needed something we had to find the staff as no one was at the desk much and the call button was also at the desk so they never heard for assistance when called!

The location.

The entry door to our room kept sticking and was hard to open.The air conditioner did not work very well and the room was very humid. The hotel reeked of weed, which seemed to be coming from the laundry area. The breakfast offerings were very minimal, no eggs,no biscuits and gravy and no meat. We have stayed at this location many times in the past and it has always been good, I think they have new owners and/or management and it is just not as good anymore.
