Quality Inn Marshall near I-69

This may have been the worst hotel we’ve stayed at. It was absolutely filthy. I should’ve taken more videos and photos. The photos they have up look absolutely nothing like that I’m person. First off, there’s no one at the desk ever. You’re constantly looking for someone and the people the run the front desk look like kids. The hallways down to the room are disgusting. The walls are dirty and the carpet is filthy with dirt stains EVERYWHERE! The room reeked of bleach when we got in. There are light fixtures missing parts, stains on the carpet, cigarette burn holes on the drapes, stains on our sheets AND towels. They were clean, but it looked like they were used to clean something dirty and they got stained. The pool was completely out of towels and when I asked for some, the girl said she forgot to wash them and disappeared. She never came back with towels or even took the dirty wet ones that were in the pool basket with her to wash them. We had to walk back to the room, sopping wet. There was also trash all over the floor around the pools and some trash floating in the hot tub. They also allow pets here and for the first hour we were there, we had to listen to a dog bark no stop in one of the rooms while trying to take a nap. Please don’t stay here! Go 5 miles down the road and stay at the Quality Inn in the Firekeepers parking lot… it’s sooooo much nicer and actually clean! We only know this because our parents stayed here. The reason we got this was because it had the pool

It was really nice having the pool and a hot tub available. However, there weren’t towels all the time and seating was sparse. I also would have liked for the pool be open longer than 10 PM but for adult adults only. Food options were great, kids loved them. Waffle batter was scarce and things weren’t refilled quickly.

Busy, clean, lots of pets and kids. Full vending machines and had ice! Nice

We’ve been staying here for years. Starting to show age but still clean and comfortable.

The lights in the room was so dim i couldn't see anything. In the am no coffee!!! No food!!!!! Will never stay there again 😟

Location

Doors would not shut and key wouldn't work

This place looked like a good deal, but they are having much trouble with their housekeeping right now. We don't go wild over a hair in the shower. But there was old food in the refrigerator, nobody had obviously looked. The place was not vacuumed well, especially off the main pathways, dirt , dust and hair in the corners. It is an older hotel with the "water closet" bathroom size. Shows its age with lots of scratches and dings. The bed was not all that comfy.

We’ve been here before and loved it. But this time around not so much. There are people that stay here weekly and they have dogs that bark at the most inconvenient times. So recommend that you stay away from the weekly. The first shift front desk was horrible. My wife tried to talk to him he was to busy on his phone not the company phone to acknowledge her. But the second shift woman was very accommodating and helpful.

Dirty beds with bugs.

It was loud in terms of doors shutting and footsteps. Beds were a bit stiff. TV was a challenge. Breakfast sucked. Easy to get to and very close to our destination, Dark Horse brewery, but that was about it.
