Quality Inn Marshall near I-69

The room was clean but needed updated.But over all it was a comfortable stay.

The breakfast buffet wasn't kept up. Got coffee and left.

Worst check-in experience ever impressed with nothing the breakfast. They didn’t really supply food. It was just horrible.

Liked the actual room as far as a nice, comfortable bed. Breakfast is free though we didn't go. Quiet. While the lobby area is nice and clean, the stairs and hallways to our actual room looked grunchy. Dirty, stained carpet stairs. Hallway had a cheap looked like hand cut runner that was dirty, in places bunches up where it was a safety concern. Also, we found the door to the outside unlocked twice. The staff said people put something to prop the door open there and it demagnetizes it. I told the night staff one night and she said she would take care of it. It was still unlocked the next morning. The next staff person was friendlier but I asked him to call our room to verify the door was locked and he never did though it was locked the following day. Wouldn't go back.

That it is close to home

That the front desk lady was upsetting me by trying to charge me for my emotional service dog's and she doesn't understand the law I stay at alot of hotel and not once had a charge on my dogs it's was upsetting plus could not cancel my stay

Hair dryer didn’t work.

Property was clean, neat and smelled very fresh and clean. Lobby and rooms! And I’m a picky hotel person. I was pleasantly surprised. We only stayed one night. We didn’t have the breakfast or use the pool but everything looked real nice. The bed was very comfortable as well. I slept so good. Will be staying here again in July! Thank you keep up the good work!

Nice place, clean, comfy beds, great pool hot tub, friendly staff. Remodeling being done. Breakfast wasn't good they were awaiting inspection when we were there
