The staff are students and they are really nice. They can speak English. Free breakfast, they have 24 hours receptionist. And they are very helpful. The location is also close to money changers and Sule Pagoda. The bunk bed is huge for me and very comfortable.

This has nothing to do with them. But the electricity in Yangon is on/off they do have a generator, tho. I still rate them 10 as I had a good experience.

Very comfortable and big beds. The host is very nice and kind Michel helped us to plan our trip and book a buses al over the trip

Not very clean

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us to call Grabs and print documents. Great location - walking distance to many historic places downtown. I love the focus of The Hood as a social enterprise.

I was disappointed with the rooftop kitchen. It would be good if there were a microwave and a decent stovetop cooker. It makes it easier for guests to heat food and make quick meals

This is a great hostel. Central, clean, great team.

Notjhing

Helpful and nice staff. Comfortable bed mattress and privacy curtains. Good location.

Wifi is a bit weak and inconsistent. Some shower rooms don't have a lock on the door. Most of the time, the shower room floor was dirty.
