There was a birthday party at the pool. There were like 20 kids and it made for a most unfriendly time.

Great stay, it was our second time staying there
Room had no mini fridge. That alone would have been a deal breaker, had I known about it. Half of the outlets were bad, which left no plug-in for cellphones. No USB outlets on night stand either. The pool, which is the first picture you see on the promo, closed. This wasn't an issue for me, but, for a family with kids, possibly. The foyers and halls were blazing hot. AC had been cut off to save money. Also my room had bad wall patches. But, room was clean, the bed comfortable, the room AC was good, the TV had nothing but the most basic cable, and a cheap TV that the volume wouldn't stay consistent. All in all, this is a older hotel that needs to be updated. If you are just needing a bed for the night, then this is your huckleberry. If you need to stay more than a night or two, I would pass...
Cigarette burns on toilets and on the bathtub. Drawings and the bathroom door. Cigarette burns and no plug for the sink in the bathroom . And I left my phone charger there and they lied to me and said I did not leave anything there. I called right after we left the hotel, so there’s no other person that could’ve taken it besides people who cleaned the room. The hot tub did not work either.
The pictures in online are obviously stock photos. They do not represent this facility. The hot tub was out of order. The gym was closed. It took multiple tries to get into the room with the card key. It is not secure (as I am finding at a lot of hotels) due to the exterior doors do not require a room key for access (as the sign indicates). The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, as was the housekeeping staff.
Could not check in till 3 .ask to be close to the pool wend i book it they said ok . hot tub down. But us on the other side long walk for hubby who is handcap
