the property is out dated advertise with breakfast and pool neither one was real no one told me i had to flip a switch in order to work the frig and microwave you call the front desk no one answered the phone my wife and i will never stay there again
The check-in clerk was nice, and he gave me a king bed which was comfortable. Outside of the room itself the hotel seemed run down (empty indoor pool for example) rather like the town/area. Bathroom amenities were better than expected, but the complete lack of breakfast offset that.
Upon arriving the desk attendant wanted $100 cash deposit on a room that was a train wreck! Power outlets didn't work, toilet ran constantly, drains were very slow, blood stains on the carpet, semen stains on the ottoman and the refrigerator didn't work. Upon checking out I told desk attendant about room condition and that is when I was informed that there was a light switch to turn on the refrigerator. Total dump needing updated 20years ago. Will NOT go back!!

This hotel was wonderful. The room was clean, the staff were all very friendly and it was the perfect location for us to walk over to the casino. We had a lovely time and will stay again.
Pool wasn’t heated. There was a hole in the shower wall. The room smelled like someone had just fried Mexican food in it. And we didn’t get breakfast. Claimed that’s why the rooms was so cheap. We paid 112 a night for 2 nights for that..but that’s cheap. 🙄😑
Well the hotel was convenient to the gambling place but it was the nastiest and dirtiest place i have ever stayed. And the maintenance just walked in on us the next morning without knocking and worked on the door which was annoying. And we had to stay in bed until þey were done. Will never stay at these hotels again, just plain nasty wouldn't let ma dog stay there
All we needed was a clean room to be happy. The bathrooms clearly hadnt be cleaned in a long time. Old cobwebs, rings in the toilet, and hair in the tub.
