"The TV didn't even work!"

There was a Culvers close by to eat at.

My TV didn't work, the room was dirty, the piece of furniture under the TV was torn up, there were sketchy stains on the carpet and the guy at the front desk said there was nothing he could do about it.

Had a reservation since December 2024 and when my husband got there last night, the guy behind the counter told him there was no reservation. Would not look at the confirmation email from Expedia and just said there was nothing he could do and that we didnt have a reservation. VERY RUDE!!

Shower was hanging off of the wall, broken, toilet, wouldn’t flush, I had a king room reserved and got stuck in a dingy queen bed with a nasty shower. Beds were as hard as the floor only good thing that I can say about this place is that the sheets were soft
